Sometimes the user never reports back so you don't know if the answer you posted was helpful or not. I saw a lot of problems get resolved and I saw some that never did as well. If it didn't work we would continue looking for solutions together. Well I'd copy and paste that solution to the user then hang around and make sure it worked. So I would do what I do when my game really won't run, and use the forum search, and the Google search, and I would dig until I found people talking about the same problem and this was their solution. When someone posted that their Fallout 4 wouldn't run, I treated it like my game wasn't running and I had to find the solution for that, so I could play.
See, for awhile there, I took it personally.
People post new threads with titles like "help! my fallout won't load" or "fallout crashes to desktop when.", and I would jump right in to those threads and try to help find a resolution to the problem. The gnarliest threads were my favorite ones to dive in to. I spent months in the Fallout 4 forum helping people to get their Fallout 4 game running.
